Time for a new freebie

I thought I would do another quick page. This one was going to be a valentine's day page, but ended up being an "I love my baby and he is the cutest thing on the planet" page instead. I think it could cross over between the two. But come on, who can deny that my little boy isn't the cutest! I mean, I'm not biased at all!!

I hope some of you can get some use out of it though!! All you have to do is add your own picture and type in some little lines of journaling, and presto!

I also recently added a bunch of Valentine's Day products to the store. I added some printable drink labels. They are designed to fit on a glass bottle, but if you would like them to fit on soda bottle then post a comment to let me know, and I'll resize them for that!

New Year, New Start

What I'm hoping for the new year...is a lot!!

This last year has been full of a lot of roller coasters. A major car accident, a move, a new baby, and more. I haven't been working consistently since July, and honestly didn't really miss it. Until recently. I've started to feel that creative bug and desire to create again, and it feels good.

But I haven't known which direction to take my creating. I have found a great new love for quilting. It is amazing how therapeutic it can be to do something with your hands and being able to create something that will be loved and snuggled. Since about June I have spent a lot of my free time doing that. It was great to take a break and explore different ways of being creative and artistic. That has equated a long break in any real designing for scrapbooking.

We will see where the new year takes me...I have a few ideas in mind. Now to make them realities!!!

Christmas in the Air

Last night I was blessed to hear my daughter lying in her bed singing Jingle Bells well after her bedtime. I finally had to go in and tell her that it was time for bed. She then informed me that her soundly sleeping sister was keeping her awake! One of those little moments I will treasure forever.

Thanksgiving?

Wait I thought it was still July. When did it all of a sudden get cold and become November?!! And not only November but the 21st of November! My goodness.

We celebrated my daughters birthday on Saturday, since her actual birthday falls on Thanksgiving this year. She was sitting with me at the computer while I was perusing pinterest and saw a rainbow cake that she fell madly in love with. Now cakes aren't really my thing. Mine are always lopsided and kinda look like they were made by a 10 year old with A.D.D. But I decided to attempt this one because it didn't seem that hard. Time consuming, but not hard.

The kids were VERY excited about the rainbow cake and I was quite impressed with myself. I made the rainbow cake! And happy birthday to my sweet little angel girl.

Since I seem to be having a very project christmas more pictures will be coming! Get excited, get very excited!

I also put up some new paper packs on the website, some perfect for fall I hope!

Time Flies - and a new Freebie

Time flies. I can't believe how much busier my life has been with the presence of a 12 lb. 5 week old baby. I find it extremely hard to believe that I ever found one child to be difficult. Silly naive me! Three kids, with none of them in school is quite a busy life. I'm trying to find the time to squeeze everything in. It's coming along, but not quite there yet!

I also realize that I never mentioned what we ended up naming the baby! We named him Liam Clarke. We both liked it and FINALLY found something we could agree on!

So I loaded some Halloween products into the store. Some Printable drink labels and gift tags for halloween parties and party favors and some papers of course. I've attached some pictures of the gift tags and the drink labels.

Baby on Board

So nothing new has been coming since I had a baby 2 weeks ago. He is a healthy little boy that weighed 9 lbs. 5 oz. 21 in long. We named him Liam Clarke and are enjoying the new addition to our family. Soon I will post a new freebie and some new products.

A Freebie

I posted a freebie on my website: It's a bit different for my usual style since the papers have a vignette, but hopefully it will get some use out of it.

It's been a long week. The days seem like years at this point, even though I know that I probably have about 2 weeks left. A good friend of mine just had her baby early and her precious little girl is in the NICU. I don't know if I could bear that, so I'm thanking God that I haven't yet had to do that. Hopefully again, all will go smoothly. Hope you all have a good Sunday!!
